You need a paid subscription. Qy Creators is not available on the free trial. Any paid plan qualifies — there is no minimum tier.
Once you are subscribed, your personal referral link is in your Account Profile under “Qy Creators”. There is nothing to apply for, and using it is entirely optional.
When someone you referred becomes a paying subscriber, you earn 30% of what we actually receive from them, excluding GST, on payments received in their first 12 months.

That last figure is the most a single referral on this plan can earn, not an expectation. Commission is earned only on payments we have actually received — nothing for link clicks, sign-ups, trials, unpaid invoices, or accounts that never pay. If someone cancels in month three, you earned on three payments.
How a referral is recorded
Clause 15.2- 15.2When someone opens your link, your referral code is stored in their browser for 90 days. If they create a verified account in that time, the referral is recorded against you permanently.
- 15.2Where more than one referral link has been used, the first valid link the person opened is the one credited.
- 15.2It depends on them using the same browser and device, and on their browser keeping the stored code. We do not guarantee a referral will be recorded, and we do not record referrals by any other means.
- 15.2You may not refer yourself. Referrals matched to your own phone number or email address are not credited.
When you get paid
Clause 15.4 – 15.5- 15.4Each commission is held for 30 days from the date we receive the customer’s payment, then becomes payable.
- 15.4If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission for that payment is cancelled; a partial refund reduces it in proportion. Commission already paid to you is not clawed back.
- 15.5After the holding period we contact you to arrange payment. Paid in AUD by bank transfer or another method we agree with you — not through the platform. We do not hold your bank details.
- 15.5If commission payable in a month exceeds what we pay out that month, payments go oldest first and the balance carries over. That affects when you are paid, never whether you earned it.
How you may promote us
Clause 15.7Share your link honestly and in your own words. You must not:
- Make claims about TheAgencyIQ that are false, misleading, or that we have not published.
- Describe yourself as our employee, agent or representative.
- Use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or misleading advertising.
- Bid on our brand names in paid search, or register domains or accounts that imitate us.
- Create accounts or payments to generate commission for yourself.
- Offer any inducement that misrepresents what the product does.
You must comply with the Australian Consumer Law and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and disclose that you may earn commission where the law requires it.
Where you stand
Clause 15.6, 15.8 – 15.11- 15.6You are responsible for your own tax on commission you receive. Commission is not salary or wages and we do not withhold tax. If you are registered for GST we may ask for a valid tax invoice before payment.
- 15.8We may pause or end your participation at any time, including where we reasonably believe clause 15.7 has been breached or a referral is not genuine. Commission already earned stays payable.
- 15.9Taking part does not make you our employee, contractor, agent, partner or joint venturer. There is no exclusive territory or category.
- 15.10We may change the rate, holding period or eligibility, or end the programme, by publishing an update. Changes apply to referrals recorded after the update; commission already earned is not reduced.
- 15.11Nothing in clause 15 excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
