Which platforms does Qy! publish to?

Qy! publishes to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube when you connect those accounts. Connecting Instagram also asks for Facebook access, because that is how Meta's Business setup works.

Do I have to approve every post?

That is your choice. Your first 30-day schedule generates as you watch; when it completes, the mode toggle unlocks before anything publishes. Choose Manual and you see, edit and approve every post; choose Auto and Qy! carries the schedule and publishes eligible work. You can switch whenever you want.
